Atomic 4 mechanic San Diego

This old but still "in good running condition" got "hydro'd" when the owner ran out of fuel and cranked the engine until the water muffler filled up with water and it entered the cylinder nearest the source of water.
Result - a bent valve.
Head removed and resurfaced. Bent valve replaced. New valve springs installed. New spark plugs, ignition parts, plug wires, etc. Carburator rebuilt. De-rusted and painted. Engine bay cleaned and detailed. Wiring cleaned up. It runs perfectly.
Repowering was not in the budget for this Cal 36.
